Design,Synthesis and Application of Sensors Based on Benzoazoles
【摘要】：Fluorescent compounds containing benzoazole core have been widely investigated and applied in many important fields, such as biomedicine, optoelectronic materials, also including fluorescent probes recently. The structural characteristics with regard to benzoazole group direct to outstanding fluorescent properties: 1) Conjugated π bond and polar N-containing heterocycle allow bathochromic shift of λmax versus simple monocyclic aromatics; 2) Lone-pairs from heteroatoms promote the efficiency of fluorescence. For these merits, the benzoazole derivatives easily break down some limitations normally appeared in the classical scaffolds(e.g. rhodamines, coumarins), In a word, due to the absorption in the UV-visible region, bright emission with large Stokes shift and high quantum yield, we have done a lot of work on the detection of metal ions, anions and aromatic explosives by benzoazoles-based sensors.
