【摘要】：正The nitrile group is one of the most versatile functional groups in organic chemistry and can be readily converted to a number of important derivatives in a selective and efficient manner.To date,the preparation of chiralα-amino nitriles mainly relies on carboxyl-modified amino acids,asymmetric cyanation of imines.
