Fractional injection technique for simultaneously analysis various polar compounds using LC-UV
【摘要】:In this study,a novel injection method termed as fractional injection technique has been developed for HPLC total analysis of different polarity compounds.The fractional injection device including:mirco syringe pump,elution system,one single microsyringe(100 μL) and 20 mg silica gel.For complex sample,target compounds can divided in to serial various fractions according to polarity of chemical.Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),alkylphenols(APs),plant hormones(PHs) were selected as model compounds of the nonpolar,inter-polar and polar chemicals,respectively.The elution solvents and volumes were optimized,and compared to the result between fractional injection and direct injection for extract of spiked real plant sample.The experimental results demonstrated that this technique is economic,simple to operate,effective injection technique.
