【摘要】：正1.Introduction Hexachlorocyclohexanes(HCHs) are the most studied persistent organic pollutants(POPs) in the Arctic research,and still,the research on HCHs in the Arctic is the most comprehensive and systematic one in the Arctic POPs study,and also an excellent example to show how integration of three major research elements,emission inventories,monitoring,and modeling,is applied in a environmental study on a global scale. 2.Emission inventories,monitoring,and model 2.1 Emission inventories and monitoring Fig.1(a) presents Global annualα-andβ-HCH emissions from 1940 to 2000,and Figure 1(b)
