Studies on preparation and characterization and fluorescent property of Tb(Pht)_3Phen/rubber composites

【摘要】:正 In this paper, rare earth ternary composites consisting of rare earth oxide (Tb4), KHPht and Phen are synthesized, and their structures are characterized by SEM, IPA, IR, UV and XRD. It is the first time to prepare Tb(Pht)3Phen/rubber composites using the method of mixing different amount Tb(Pht)3Phen compound to NBR or MVQ by mechanical blending. The SEM results indicate that the particle sizes of rare earth compounds reduce after mechanical blending. The fluorescent property of Tb(Pht)3Phen/rubber composites indicates that it is stronger than that of Tb(Pht)3Phen compound when the filling concentration reaches a level, and increases with more Tb(Pht)3Phen filled in until it gets to a level, where "fluorescence quenching" happens. In the same filling amount, the fluorescent intensity of Tb(Pht)3Phen /MVQ system is bigger than that of Tb(Pht)3Phen/NBR system.
