Estimation of genetic differentiation and gene flow of the populations of Pagrusomus major in China

【摘要】：正 Three populations of P. major were sampled from the coastal waters of Shandong (Yellow Sea), Fujian (East China Sea) and Guangxi (South China Sea) during 1995 and 1996. Isozyme electrophoresis has been put into use for scanning the genetic structure of the populations. The result indicated that these populations of P. major should not be considered to belong to a same Mendel population. The allele frequencies of special distribution were differentiated obviously, where FST=0.071±0.016, X2 value is infinite.
