PXIbus-based four-channel universal counter module

【摘要】：正 The interface circuit is combined EPLD with the PCI specific chip PCI9030. PCI9030 is used to implement the PCI signals which come from the PXI system. The EPLD implements PXI specific signals and harmonizes the communication between PXI system and the module. The controller of the module is TMS320F206. It is the local mater of the module which controls all the operations of the module. There are four 16-bit counters which is implemented by EPLD. The critical technology, such as gate time modification and programmable dither-removing are used in the design, which can improve the performance-price ratio of the module. This module can be used to frequency measurement, pulse width measurement, and so on.
