【摘要】:正 China was a relatively developed country in cultural and science before 16th century, but she missed the chanceto push an industrial revolution thereafter due to the political delay. Recently, China is classified as a dervelopingcountry, the Chinese scientists have not enough funds to set the the advanced equipments. instruments, andcomputers too, they must pay more efforts to increase the efficiency of computation and the flexibility inapplication in their research process, which results in number of contributions to the methodology in engineeringelectromagneties.
