THE ASIC DESIGN FOR IMAGE DATA ACQUISITION AND DETECTION
【摘要】：正 We have developed an image data acquisition and detection system based on 386 microcomputer. Its heart is an ASIC chip which is composed of I/O controller, timing generator and a number of 3-state buffers. Another ASIC is a line detection chip, with which the two-dimensional CCD camera is also suitable for the usage of line edge measurement. The spatial sizes of measured object and the changes of scene are shown over CRT screen of the computer dynamically. The acquisition of 256*256*8bits, 512*512*8bits images and the line detection were implemented with one chip of 2000 gates and two chips of 4200 gates FPGAs. Over 2/3 size of PCB was reduced.
