【摘要】:正Objective:Stem cells have self-renewal and pluripotency,and can differentiate into any kind of somatic cells under certain conditions.Stem cells have broad application prospects in organ regeneration and cell replacement therapy.Therefore,studying how stem cells maintain pluripotency and self-renewal is an urgent scientific problem that
