Simultaneous Analysis of Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb and Zn by Cloud Point Extraction and Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry in Water
【摘要】:正A cloud point extraction(CPE) was developed for preconcentration of trace amount of Cd,Cr,Cu, Pb and Zn in water samples prior to determination by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP OES).Various parameters such as pH value, amount of 5-Br-PADAP,amount of Triton X-114,equilibration temperature and incubation time were examined with single factor tests to gain the optimum condition.Under the optimum condition, enrichment factors of 19,28,32,30,16,detection limits of 0.4,1.8,1.2,1.6 and 2.8μg·L~(-1) and relative standard deviations of 1.9,3.2,4.5,3.7and 3.5 were obtained for Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb and Zn,respectively.Recoveries for the spiked samples ranged from 80-125%.The method was successfully performed to analyze Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb and Zn in water samples.
