Management Control and Early Warning Methods of Project Progress of Building Material Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

【摘要】:The manufacturing project of building material equipment has a long cycle, large resource consumption, and great difficulty in the overall progress control of the project. The data entry method and the hierarchical early warning method based on the multi-terminal have been proposed to solve the problems of feedback on the progress data is not timely and the lack of pertinence of overdue early warning prompts. It makes full use of the advantages of different terminals to adapt to the complex conditions at different stages of the project for building material equipment manufacturing enterprises and makes progress data feedback more timely. Furthermore, the progress hierarchical early warning mechanism enables to accurately locate the relevant personnel when the schedule is overdue and improve information processing efficiency. This article gives examples of hierarchical early warning for project progress, and verifies the effectiveness of the method with specific building materials engineering projects.
