Design and Implementation of an Ultrasonic Surgical System Based on Transducer Admittance Analysis
【摘要】：With the development of microelectronics and computer technology, the power and frequency control of ultrasonic surgical system become more and more accurate. Because of its good medical characteristics, the ultrasonic scalpel is widely used in the medical field for incision and hemostasis, hepatobiliary tumor aspiration, phacoemulsification, osteotomy and liposuction.Therefore, research on the ultrasonic surgical system is getting more attention in academic and industrial fields. The main purpose of this paper is to propose a research method of an ultrasonic surgical system with precise control of the power and frequency output. After briefly introducing the medical mechanism of the ultrasonic scalpel and the purposes of the research, the ultrasonic surgical system is mainly discussed from the following aspects: the structural principle of the main circuits including the ultrasonic drive control circuit and the power output isolation circuit, and the control algorithm for controlling the output power and frequency based on the analysis of the transducer admittance. In addition, experimental results about verification for the applicability of the control algorithm are given and analyzed. Finally, the research of the ultrasonic surgical system is summarized.
