Generalized predictive control of an intensified continuous reactor
【摘要】：Intensified continuous reactor is designed to replace conventional batch reactor for three-phase catalytic slurry hydrogenation. The control of intensified continuous reactor imposes difficulties due to complex three-phase reaction kinetics and inherent process nonlinearities. In this work, a generalized predictive control(GPC) algorithm based on discrete regression model with online parameter estimation is proposed and implemented for the intensified continuous reactor. Simulations results show that the GPC presents satisfactory control performance.
