The Slab Heating Furnace Temperature Presetting Model and Optimization

【摘要】:In order to solve the problem that the mathematics model's computation speed of the furnace is slow in operation and the temperature difference between the calculated temperature distribution and the real furnace temperature distribution is quite different,the presetting point model in the furnace control system is improved in this paper.The mathematics model of furnace temperature is consisted of mathematical model of billet heat transfer and presetting temperature of furnace.The furnace temperature is optimized to save the energy consumption of the furnace by genetic algorithm.A new method for calculating the fitness function is introduced.The constraint of the temperature difference between the preheating zone and the heating zone is added in the constraint condition.The simulation results show that the optimized furnace temperature can meet the requirements of slab rolling and the actual furnace temperature distribution.Meanwhile,the optimized furnace temperature is lower than the furnace temperature before optimization,which achieves the goal of energy conservation.
