Research on integrated modeling method and maximum power point tracking control of photovoltaic systems
【摘要】：To improve the energy sources efficiency, maximum power point tracking (MPPT) is usually used in the control of photovoltaic (PV) systems and is implemented by the buck converter, the boost converter and the buck-boost converter. In this article, through studying deeply the output current-voltage(V-I) characteristic of solar photovoltaic and the mathematic model of three basic DC/DC converters, an integrated modeling method interpreting the theoretical relationship between the output power and the control signal has been proposed by using MATALB software. After building the integrated model, the ranges of output loads of PV MPPT systems with the three different DC/DC converter have been studied respectively. Finally, the three integrated MATLAB models have been built and the experimental studies have been conducted respectively. The results of simulation experiments have shown the feasibility, availability and convenience of research on MPPT control of PV systems by using this integrated modeling method.
