【摘要】：正[Objective]To explore the effect of rapid prototyping model in the operation design of complicated proximal tibial fracture.[Method]7 proximal tibial fracture patients were included among the group from December 2006 to September 2007.All the 7 cases were detected using 3_D CT scaning.Data acquired were inputted into RP machine after having been transformed.Proximal tibial fracture models with the ratio 1:1 were produced.The classification(AO classification) and operation design of proximal tibial fracture was determined according to the models.[Results]RP pelvic models of the 7 patients with 1:1 ratio were produced.AO classification of proximal tibial fracture was determined.Operation design were discussed and finally determined according to the RP models.The help of RP fracture model shortened the time of operation and minimized the operation trauma.[Conclusion]Proximal tibial racture models produced through RP technique could help surgeons to know the truth of fracture precisely and directly.AO classification of proximal tibial fracture could be determined more exactly.Operation design and selection of internal fixation could be determined according to the models.Steel plate could be remodeled before operation. This would be helpful to decrease surgical trauma,shorten the operation time and improve the quality of operation.
