Synthesis,Crytal Structure DNA-binding Properties of a Rare Earth Complexeswith a Schiff Base Ligand

【摘要】：正Schiff base ligands are considered as "privileged ligands" because they can be obtained by simple or multiple self-condensation of suitable formyl-or keto-and primary amine precursors to give rise to planar or tridimensional complexes in one step.Schiff bases are important class of compounds in medicinal and pharmaceutical field.They show biological applications including antibacterial,antifungal and antitumor activity.Nowadays Lanthanides(Ln) have become a rich of research due to their application as contrast for NMR imaging,as liquid-crystalline metal complex or as luminescent stains for protein labeling and sensitive homogeneous immunoassays.Recently,the use of these complexe as catalytic reagents for organic transformations has increased too.
