LEDs lamping on the plant

【摘要】：正The plant mainly absorbs the red and blue light.The proper ratio of red light to blue light can make plant grow well or better than in the sun.The plant is grown in different ratio of red to blue light and in different light intensity.The chlorophyll content is an important factor for the plant growth.The absorption coefficients of chloroplast of leaf mustard are measured by the spectrophotometer.The chlorophyll content is calculated following Arnon equation.Compared with other treatments,Chlorophyll in the leaves get an higher concentration under the lamping of red LEDS to blue LEDS for 7:1.The best light intensity is 200 umol·m~(-2)·s~(-1).
