Lysinibacillus huaikui sp.nov.,isolated from saline and alkaline soil
【摘要】:正A novel aerobic bacterium, designated strain LAM612~T,was isolated from saline and alkaline soil in Shandong Province,China.Cells of strain LAM612 were Gram-positive,endospore-forming,motile and rod-shaped.The range of temperature,pH and NaCl concentration for growth were 15℃to 55°C,6.0 to 7.0, and 0 to 10%respectively.The optimal conditions were 30℃to 35℃,6.0 to 7.0 and 3%of NaCl, respectively.Comparative analysis of the 16S rRNA gene sequence revealed that strain LAM612~T was closely related to L.sinduriensis KCTC 13296~T,L.massiliensis KCTC 13178~T,L.xylanilyticus KCTC 13423~T,and L.macroides LMG 18474~T,with 98.0%,97.4%,97.2%,and 97.0%similarity,respectively. The major fatty acids of strain LAM0725~T were iso-C_(15:0)(35.2%),iso-C_(16:0)(17.3%),anteiso-C_(15:0)(9.3%) and iso-C_(14:0)(5.0%).The predominant menaquinones of strain LAM612~T was menaquinone 7(MK-7).The main polar lipids of strain LAM612T were diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine, and six unknown glycolipids. The genomic G+C content was 36.4 mol%as detected by Tm method.Based on the results of DNA-DNA hybridization and differential phenotypic properties, strain LAM612~T could be distinguished from recognized species of the genus Lysinibacillus and was suggested to represent a novel species, for which the name Lysinibacillus huakuii sp.nov.is proposed. The type strain is LAM612~T(=ACCC0718~T).
