基于可拓理论的台风灾害评估方法(英文)

【摘要】：Hainan Island is selected as a case study area that is frequently subjected to serious typhoon disasters.In this research,according to the analysis of the causes of a typhoon disaster,an extension model of typhoon disaster evaluation for Hainan Island was built on the basis of extension theory.The standard matter element of typhoon disaster evaluation for Hainan is established employing a statistical method,the environment background and a typhoon disaster database.
