Preparation of Self-Supporting Al Foils of Different Thickness and AI Layers on Organic Films

【摘要】：正The paper introduces preparing methods of self-supporting Al foils with different thickness and technologies for depositing Al layers on organic films,gives the best length of Al wire hung for different W evaporating sources and the thickness of Al foils deposited,concludes the methods of preventing the organic films from softening.The self-supporting Al foils of 30 nm-1μm and 1-10μm can be respectively prepared by vacuum evaporation and rolling,and according to the request of physics experiments,the Al layers of 40-60μg/cm~2 and 30μg/cm~2 had been deposited on Polypropylene films of 1μm and Mylar foils of 12μm.
