经济危机:农村年轻人的挑战和机遇——以老挝博利汉斯省的个案研究为例(英文)

【摘要】：正Lao PDR is among one of the least developed countries in the world.About 80 Percent of the population lives in rural areas throughout the country.These rural areas are in dire need of improved infrastructure,food security,health care,education as well as employment opportunities.Rural youth have considerable as a workforce and a wiliness to help develop their rural communities.But they need good income-generating opportunities to remain in the rural areas.Due to extreme poverty,rural youth migrant to the city looking for better living conditions. As a result,the urban population is increasing about 2.8%annually.This urban growth has let to new issues such as prostitution,gambling,drugs and so forth.
